Gallery II newest tenant – SPATIAL INTEGRATED SYSTEMS, INC.

Virginia Beach, VA (August 1, 2007) - Olympia Development Corporation is pleased to announce that Spatial Integrated Systems, Inc. has opened its newest location at the Gallery II, a Class A office building in Virginia Beach.  Founded in 1997, Spatial Integrated Systems, Inc. is a privately owned, small business headquartered in Rockville, Maryland with offices in West Virginia, North Carolina, Washington State and Virginia Beach, Virginia.  SIS is known for developing, implementing and deploying high-end business solutions that incorporate technologies of Digital 3D Imaging, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and 3D Visualization for engineering design applications, products, and system solutions.  Spatial Integrated Systems will occupy approximately 2,797 square feet of the two story building.  Both phases of the Gallery, 60,000 rentable square feet are now fully leased.

Located on Cleveland Street, the building is easily visible and accessible from the Virginia Beach/Norfolk Expressway.  The building’s modern design, with reflective blue glass windows and a granite finished lobby, offers convenient access to I-64, restaurants, banks, shopping and hotels.
