Shirlanne Bazemore

Shirlanne Bazemore, Vice President, has 20 years experience in commercial real estate and has been with Olympia since 1996. Shirlanne is the Director of Accounting and is responsible for corporate and property management accounting. Shirlanne works closely with the owners of third party managed properties, provides timely monthly reports and consistently receives compliments from owners and their auditors on the accuracy and detail of her records. She performs partnership administration, is a member of the compensation committee, administers the company's pension plan and acts as our bank liaison for development projects.
