Chip Cutchins

Chip joined Olympia in 2005.  As Vice President, he manages leasing for Olympia's entire portfolio of over 800,000 rentable square feet. Chip also leads Olympia in the design, construction and financing of all their new developments.  Chip has been instrumental in the development of all new projects since 2005, including Convergence III and IV, and the Gallery Office Park.  Chip began his professional carreer in consulting, working for the financial services arms of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC and Deloitte and Touche, LLC in Washington, D.C.  His major clients during that time were the Department of Justice, Northrup Grumman, General Dynamics, and Raytheon.  Chip received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin as well as an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the the University of Virginia.  Currently, Chip serves on the Towne Leadership Association for Towne Bank and is a member of HRACRE.
